All our products are lovingly handmade and crafted to order. Because of this, slight variations in color, design, and appearance from the sample images may occur. These subtle differences add to the charm of each piece and highlight its handmade nature.

The images shown are for reference only, and actual colors may vary slightly. Every resin piece is carefully handcrafted from scratch, and minor imperfections such as slight variations or tiny air bubbles are natural characteristics of the process. These unique details reflect the artisanal nature of each item.

Personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part in processing your request. Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Policy (Singapore)
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. If your order is ready to ship, it will be dispatched within this timeframe unless communicated otherwise. For customized orders, once details are finalized and payment is received, the product will be ready within 10 days and then dispatched within 2 business days.

Delivery within Singapore usually takes 2-3 business days. A standard shipping fee of $5 SGD applies for orders below $90 SGD. Shipping within Singapore is free for orders over $90 SGD.
Shipping Policy (International)
International delivery usually takes 10-12 business days after processing (exact number of days are shared at the time of checkout when the address is provided). Shipping rates vary by country and will be displayed at checkout when you enter your country and zip code. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Returns & Refunds Policy
​​​​All sales are final and all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist. To claim a refund or exchange you would need to share a recording of product unpacking.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If a replacement is available, we will send it to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Liability
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask that you handle our products with care, as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care in bringing your vision to life, and since each piece is handcrafted, there may be slight variations from reference images. These natural differences enhance the uniqueness of your order. Before shipping, you will receive a picture of the final product for approval.
